Julie Kleinheinz Byrnes

Julie's diverse professional journey includes international sales and marketing, speech-language pathology, and non-profit management. Her rich experiences across these sectors offer a unique perspective and a strong foundation to lead your organization through the early stages and growth phases of your non-profit journey.

Beginning her career as an international sales and marketing manager, Julie excelled in selling school and office supplies across Latin America. Later, she obtained her master’s degree and transitioned into speech-language pathology. Blending her business acumen with therapeutic expertise, Julie developed a business plan and successfully managed a specialized consulting and contract business for 17 years.

Over the last decade, Julie's dedication to community service deepened and she took on pivotal roles within various non-profit organizations. She served actively on working boards, chairing the Programs, Fundraising, and Gala committees, and eventually assuming Vice President and Board President roles. Julie has also held paid executive director positions, and adeptly guided organizations through periods of transition, adversity, and expansion.
